He is an educationalist, and who is committed to promoting education through the core values: sincerity, nobility, and service. He is also responsible for promoting sports, cultural, and all kinds of talent at a large scale to bring out the hidden talents of students and make the campus life memorable. He strongly believes that redesigning common minds (via DT), we shall achieve excellence.

His long-term vision is to Build Entrepreneurial Mindset through Design Thinking Framework. Now launched SNS iNNovation Hub with a mission to create 1000 startups in 10-20 years.
