As the Network Manager of the Global Design Thinking Alliance (GDTA), she coordinates a diverse international community of institutions, educators, and practitioners united by a shared mission: to promote Design Thinking as a force for meaningful change.
With a background in business administration and innovation management, Raika brings a systems-oriented and people-centered approach to her work. She has been instrumental in growing the GDTA’s global footprint—curating events, fostering partnerships, and amplifying stories that highlight the impact of design-driven education across contexts and cultures.
Based at the Hasso Plattner Institute in Potsdam, Raika is passionate about making complex global challenges more approachable through empathy, creativity, and collaboration. Her work is grounded in the belief that Design Thinking is not just a method, but a mindset for building better futures—together.
